Luang Phu Nim is known to be a direct lineage apprentice in Wicha Puttakun of Luang Por Dto Prohmrangsri (Wat Rakang), who ordained under Luang Por Plueang of Wat Suvarna Bhumi, and who learned the Magical Wicha of Luang Phu Sukh of Wat Pak Klong Makam Tao, Luang Por Ta (Wat panian Dtaek) and Luang Por Jang Of Wat Song Pi Nong.

Known and revered for his assumed Spiritual Attainments, the Thai devotees of Supannburi consider him to have entered the Path of the Arya Sangha and attainment of the Abhinya Powers. His quite manner and tendency not to speak underlines this belief (Noble Beings of the higher path tend to stop speaking as much as normal humans, and never speak of them selves).
